Q. May an order be placed without an account?
Setting up an account with Heiry Cosmetics is beneficial to our clients for several
reasons, however it is not necessary for purchase. Please move forward with guest
checkout.

Q. How can I find out about restocks?
If you are seeking a discontinued product, please see the section regarding our policy on
the discontinued merchandise.

If it is a sold out item, please be aware that we restock merchandise every two weeks.

Q. How often do you restock merchandise?
Restocks are done on a bi-weekly basis.

Q. What forms of payment can I use?
Heiry Cosmetics may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and
Paypal. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All Sales Are Final.

Q.How many items can I buy in one purchase?
There are no limitations on purchasing at this time.

Order & Shipping Information

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
Every purchase is a final sale unless your product is damaged.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for damaged product. Please contact
customerservice@heirycollection.com with all details regarding your exchange.

Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please see Shipping Policy.

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Heiry Cosmetics. 

In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
